Express shipping costs may vary ( $30 – $80 ) depending on your location. We offer free standard shipping on all over $400. We currently ship to all of North America, Australia, and select countries in Asia and Europe.
The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes.

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
RETURNS
How to initiate a return
Please visit our returns center to initiate a return.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
–be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
–any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorization number will not be accepted.
–be in its brand new, original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
–be returned with original tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase within 14 days from purchase date.
–preorders and custom orders are not available for return
–all sale items and discounted merchandise are final sales, no exceptions.
WXY reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped by FedEx/DHL/EMS
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for purchase transactions worldwide. Taiwan order accepts transfer (T/T).
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
